New England-based illustrator Christy Corey’s art is rooted in community through a love of collaboration and connection. Promoting joy in every delicious bite of life, her delectable creations draw inspiration from cherished food memories, vibrant landscapes, and quiet moments. She finds contentment, excitement, and fulfillment in the creation of freshly painted passages in watercolor and acrylic and savors the opportunity to pass those feelings along.

Christy has created countless food and recipe illustrations for clients and has recently branched into the wedding industry, expanding her skills to make illustrated invitations, venue maps, and place settings. She welcomes design challenges and opportunities to collaborate on custom projects.

Christy graduated from the University of Hartford Low Residency MFA in Illustration program and teaches Illustration at the University of Connecticut as a Visiting Assistant Professor.
